This second grant in 2 months further supports Peptomyc in its mission to bring novel Myc inhibitors closer to clinical use for cancer treatment.
In March 2016 Peptomyc received its second grant, this time from ACCIÓ (Agència per a la Competitivitat de l’Empresa), the agency of the Generalitat of Catalunya tasked with increasing the competitiveness of Catalan companies. The Government of Catalunya created this award in 2015 to promote the transfer of technologies to market. 18 companies have so far benefited from an ACCIÓ award, and Peptomyc received 50.000 € to further the development and clinical application of its novel peptide inhibitors.
